EDM Services The EDM department supports our tool making and prototype activities and provides valuable EDM services to an increasing customer base. Equipment includes three CNC WIRE EDM machines and two EDM Small Hole machines.

Current equipment allows for Wire EDM work areas up to 47.2” x 27.6” x 15.75” and 3000 pounds with five axis capabilities. Wire diameters of 0.004” to 0.012”. EDM Small Hole work areas up to 31.4” x 15.7” x 11.8” and a weight of 400 pounds, with electrode diameters from 0.004” to 0.118”.
